FAQs
Do you require a minumum purchase
Absolutely not!
Your order matters to us, big or small. Having said that, our prices are firm and we do have a delivery and instillation fee of $55 regardless of the size of your order.
How long do the balloons last
Great question! Indoors (without being tampered with) balloons can last for several weeks. Outdoors balloons typically only last for a few hours, as they definitely do not like the heat.
Can you blow up balloons I purchased
We only use the highest quality balloons and only trust our product. We know when it was purchased, how it was stored, etc. We unfortunately will not use any balloons but our own.
How far will you travel
We have had installations as far out as 2 hours. We love travel. There may be additional fees for anything over 30 minutes, especially if there are rentals involved.
How do I secure my date/order
A 50% non-refundable invoice will be sent to you upon finalizing your order details. Once that initial invoice is paid, then your date is saved. Your order is not secure until that payement is fulfilled.
When is set-up & Tear-down
We can come as early as the day before but always prefer to come right beofore your event. We will tear-down when you need us to. We can always be flexible.
